Our company is committed to being an active player in local philanthropy.  We are dedicated to giving back to the community that has blessed us with over sixty years of successful business.  We sponsor teams with the Kernersville Soccer Association and Kernersville Little League and are an honorary member of the Kernersville Little League Hall of Fame.  We are also pleased to partner with many local schools including Kernersville Elementary, East Forsyth High School and Robert B. Glenn High School.  We also sponsor several local chartiable organizations including the Shepherds Center, the Lions Club, and the Eric Head Memorial Scholarship Fund.  We are a member of the Kernersville Chamber of Commerce.

MEET OUR STAFF

LARRY WHICKER – A lifelong Kernersville native, Larry is a second-generation dealer.  Larry has over forty years of experience in the car business, and has owned and operated both new and used dealerships.  He has shifted his focus to selling like-new pre-owned vehicles at competitive prices, and the results have been tremendous.  Larry Whicker Motors is consistently one of the most recognized and well-respected sellers of pre-owned vehicles in the Piedmont Triad area.  Larry has grown his business by focusing not on the vehicles that he sells, but the relationships that he cultivates with his customers.

ZACH WHICKER – Zach, Larry’s son, joined the family business in March of 2005, and carries many different hats within the organization.  Zach’s main responsibilities include purchasing inventory, sales, and following up on all Internet sales leads.  Zach looks forward to continuing to serve the Triad area for many years to come. 

TERRY SPARKS – Terry joined our team in March of 1999, and is our primary salesperson on staff.  Terry has a solid reputation for up-front honesty and customers have come back to see him time after time.  If you check out the vehicles on our lot, you will notice the beautiful lettering on the windows, which clearly mark specifics about the vehicle including the sale price; Terry does every vehicle by hand, and works hard to ensure that our dealership remains neat and orderly so that customers can shop with ease.
